There may yet be sunshine amongst all the ‘Cap-and-Trade’ gloom and doom

In a post subsequent in time but preceding in display to this one, I give you Devvy Kidd’s appraisal of the egregious passing of the HR 2998 neé HR 2454 (Cap-and-Trade) legislation. There is no excuse for any Representative voting for a bill which they have not read. With the addition of a 300 page addition late Thursday, no one (OK, maybe the sponsors did) completely read it, let alone understood it.
